San Diego now lays claim to three alternative rock stations - Clear Channel's XTRA-FM, better known as 91X, Jefferson Pilot's KBZT-FM 94.9, and Astor Broadcast Group's KFSD-FM 92.1.
Only one person, Mike Halloran, now a disc jockey for KBZT, can say he's worked on air for all three.
A native of Milwaukee, Halloran, 44, played in a band in the Coventry area of England in the mid-1970s
