Q: Last week you announced that you plan to retire at the end of the year after 26 years with Heritage Christian Services. Why did you decide now was the time to retire?
A: When you are in on the founding of an agency, it's hard to walk away and leave it in someone else's hands. But we've planned for my retirement for more than five years.
