Digital consulting firm Quilogy, formerly Solutech, is the first company in the Nashville area to achieve Microsoft's elite Gold Certified Partner for Ecommerce Solutions.
Eight-year-old Solutech changed its name to Quilogy in January, and Randy Schilling, president and chief executive officer, says the new moniker reflects what the company brings to business: effective solutions integrating the art and science of business.
The Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Program, which began this year, gives Quilogy an advantage because Microsoft will recommend its Gold Partners above its basic partners.
"The Gold Partnership means we have the highest level of support from Microsoft and that we are better prepared to do the work," says Derek Lawless, Quilogy general manager in Nashville.
