RDSI is one of the largest regional providers of data and item processing services for the banking industry. RDSI and its wholly owned subsidiary, Diverse Computers Marketers (DCM) of Lansing, MI, services more than 100 community banks in ten states. "The Value Proposition took shape over several years and evolved into our daily work routine" according to Hank Thiemann, President of RDSI. The value proposition has five components which are all intertwined with the RDSI Strategic Plan.
The Value Proposition simply states that RDSI is a technology leader, secure provider and trusted advisor providing the best overall value and outstanding service to the financial community.
Being viewed as a Technology Leader has been determined to be one of the primary values a bank seeks when selecting a service provider. This statement comes from the experience of RDSI management and is validated by discussions with potential clients and existing client banks. These prospects and customers are looking for ways to outperform their competition by leveraging technology to: Gain new customers, retain existing customers, offering new and innovative products and services; reducing operating expenses; managing assets more efficiently and effectively and monitoring their performance.

ITI has the largest user base of satisfied customers in the country today and has served RDSI well in providing quality products and services" according to Jon Brenneman, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.
