A small Waterford Township real-estate company has purchased a major office building in downtown Ann Arbor that had been owned by a partnership controlled by the Kojaian real-estate group.
The building at 301 E. Liberty was sold to JFK Investment Co. by Great Lakes Bancorp, which acquired the building last fall after foreclosing on a loan to the Kojaian partnership.
