I can clearly recall when the first colour laser printers arrived in this country in the early '90s. They were so big and cumbersome they almost needed their own pallet to sit on - and with a price-tag of around $30,000, only the largest of corporates could afford one.
It's amazing what a difference one and a half decades can have on technology.
Dell's first ever laser printer to be released into the New Zealand market, the 1320c (yes, that's 'c' for colour), is in a totally different league to those early dinosaurs.
Targeted at the home and small business market, the 1320c tips the scales at just 17.2 kilos...
