Abstract

Teradyne and Mentor will hardly be alone in trumpeting the meeting of the DFT and ATE minds. Fremont, Calif.-based Credence Systems Corp., one of the first ATE vendors to jump on the DFT bandwagon by acquiring Fluence Technology and then Integrated Measurement Systems, plans to make what it calls a landmark announcement related to offering a complete DFT portfolio.
