Grey Worldwide was misidentified [Adweek and Adweek Web, Sept. 25]. The agency, formerly Grey Advertising, is now known as Grey Worldwide. Grey Global Group is the name of the holding company.
* Ad Industry Veteran Harry Paster Dies
NEW YORK-Former evp of the American Association of Advertising Agencies Harry Paster died last Tuesday after a long illness. He was 74. Paster joined the 4Ns in 1968 as a statistician after graduating from City College of New York and serving in the U.S. Army during World War II. He then received a master's degree in business administration at NYU. Named 4As vp in 1966 and promoted to svp 12 years later, Paster also managed the 4A:s headquarters beginning in 1979. From 1980 to 1995, he served as the organization's evp and management consultant for all member agencies. He was presented with the AntiDefamation League Samuel Dalsimer Human Relations Award in 1986. In 1992, he was named "Man of the Year" by the Advertising Club of New York and received the American Advertising Federation's Silver Medal. He retired from the 4As in 1995. Paster is survived by Beverly, his wife of 52 years; a daughter, Lynn Paster Offsey; a son, Ken Paster, and six grandchildren. A service was held last Thursday at the Riverside Nassau North Chapel in Great Neck, New York.
