Colds. Hayfever. Allergies. The names may change, but the symptoms are often interchangeable - stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, and watery eyes. In a word - discomfort.
Given the variety of causes of these symptoms, it is unlikely that their existence will ever disappear entirely from our lives; however, there are some homeopathic remedies which have shown to be effective in alleviating them in a side-effect free manner.
Some of the most common homeopathic cold/allergy remedies, which can be found alone or in combination formulas at your local health food store, include: Kalium bichromicum, Calcarea carbonica, and Hepar sulphuris calcareum.
