Report: CRT Special Investments offers to purchase Peregrine customer claims

CRT Special Investments, a part of CRT Capital Group LLC, has offered to purchase Peregrine Financial Group Inc. customer claims, offering 20 cents to 25 cents on the dollar, The Wall Street Journal reported July 12.
