Reseller expectation for wireless communications is rapidly becoming apparent as channel players report an interest for PCMCIA wireless messaging cards.
Observers predict that within the next six months or so, the industry will begin seeing an emergence of two-way wireless PCMCIA cards from a variety of vendors such as Ardis, Lincolnshire, Ill., the provider of the Ardis wireless nationwide network.
"Today there aren't tons of choices," said Paul Barker, director of manufacturer business development, Wireless Telecom Inc., Englewood, Colo. "Wait five or six months and you'll have a dozen choices."
