FOUNDER AND CEO FEHER & FEHER
This award was created to recognize organizations or individuals who have made significant contributions to diversity in franchising, either within their organization or the wider franchising community. The award is open to any organization or individual from an IFAmember company. Ronald E. Harrison, CFE, retired PepsiCo senior vice president, 1999 IFA Chair and former chairman of the IFA Diversity Institute's Board of Directors, was the first recipient of the award, which was subsequently named in his honor.
