Safeguard Scientifics Inc. has put Anthony Ibarguen squarely in charge of its wholly owned computer-consulting subsidiary.
The Wayne-based company recently named Ibarguen president and CEO of Alliance Consulting Group Associates Inc., which it bought for $55 million in December 2002.
