Salesforce is going big on AI, and it is good news for sales and marketing teams. The leading CRM company that many CMOs use as the foundation for their customer-based insights is going deeper into AI territory with three new enhancements: Einstein Forecasting, Einstein Opportunity Scoring and Einstein Email Insights.
“Now, equipped with predictive and intelligent capabilities, Sales Cloud Einstein has cracked the traditionally flawed forecasting model, bringing AI to every step of the sales cycle,” said Adam Blitzer, the EVP and GM of Salesforce Sales Cloud in a press release.
