Locally based defense contractor SGIS is enjoying a steady demand for communications-based systems and services from the federal Department of Defense in three areas: homeland security, cyber-security and intelligence.
Hany Girgis, CEO and founder of SGIS, which opened its doors in 2002, says product demand for defense systems looks like it will continue for at least the next two years of the current Department of Defense budget cycle.
"We feel good about the current environment out there," says Girgis.
