Another Seattle-based department store will be opening its doors in the Cleveland market by early December.
To be sure, it's no Nordstrom. It's Savers--a thrift department store that sells second-hand merchandise. It will offer far deeper discounts and more fashions of yester year than the new upscale retailer in Beachwood Place is likely to feature.
