Hudson's Burton D. Morgan Foundation is looking for businesses that are looking for growth — and serious about dedicating themselves to achieving it.
The foundation again is sponsoring participation in Scalerator NEO, a program conducted by former Harvard Business School professor and author Daniel Isenberg, currently professor of entrepreneurship practice at Babson College.
It's seeking applications from CEOs and owners of small businesses in Northeast Ohio for what will be the eighth cohort of businesses to go through the Scalerator NEO program.
Morgan, which picks up all the fees for the program on behalf of the companies selected to participate, says on its website that it's seeking "highly-motivated and ambitious entrepreneurs that operate companies with roughly $3M (to) $15M in sales, are motivated to aggressively grow their business, and are able to scale their business."
As for industries, that doesn't matter as long as there's growth to be had. As the foundation notes, "companies from all sectors are encouraged to apply. A diverse cohort of companies makes for a more successful Scalerator experience."
