SDL Auctions Bigwood finds space for Birmingham car parks

Birmingham City Council is sell- ing offthree car parks in SDL Auctions Bigwood's final auc- tion of the year.

Two of the car parks, both in Handsworth, offer potential for alternative uses, subject to plan- ning, and are guided at £35,000 and £15,000.

The third, in Sparkhill, will be sold long leasehold with a restric- tion to use as a car park and is guided at £100,000.
