The state's leading Coldwell Banker agent makes selling homes a way of life

Being No. 1 has become a habit for Michele Kolsky-Assatly, a realtor associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fort Lee. For 13 years in a row she has been Coldwell Banker's top broker in New Jersey, outselling 3,700 other associates in the company's 67 offices throughout the state.
Kolsky-Assatly last year toppedher company's charts for the entire tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Her sales ranked her 23rd among 62,000 agents nationwide at Coldwell Banker's parent company NRT, the largest residential brokerage company in the country. NRT is a unit of NewYork City's Cendant, a major travel and real estate franchisor.
Kolsky-Assatly sells homes in Bergen and Hudson counties, where she specializes in upscale towns such as Alpine, Closter, Demarest, Saddle River and Tenafly.
