Shoei Corporation has launched an all-CPP version of the Neo- Pack Clean Type, a header display bag with no removable film for the closure, so users do not have to handle this clingy film nor dispose of it. Neo-Pack Clean Type bags are easy to open and close repeatedly, but the new all-CPP type brings distinct functional and cosmetic advantages. For example, it makes solid objects inside look more appealing as well as offering a soft medium that accommodates gusset bag styles. The earlier OPP film Clean Type causes a seal surface to form that looks out of place. The new bag is specially treated to overcome CPP's ordinary shortcomings in the melting step of the bag manufacturing process, faults that would otherwise make sealing difficult.
