The answer is -- YES!
That is, of course, unless:
You are planning on retiring or liquidating in the next two to three years.
You have such a unique niche in your marketplace that you really have no competitors.
You ultimately just want to go out of business.
In 1992, many printers faced what proved to be, for some, a difficult question: Should they get into desktop? Some eagerly jumped in, recognizing its opportunities. But many hesitated and suffered for their lack of indecision which either cost them their business or caused them to fall behind their competitors.
Today, it's rare to find a printer that does not have advanced electronic pre-press, or at least wishes de did.
Soon, it will be the same for digital services.
