(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2008) - SNS Silver Corp. ("SNS") (TSX VENTURE:SNS) announces results from recent diamond drill hole SNS-604, intercepted a core length of 7.15 feet (2.18 metres) with an average grade of 16.39 oz/t (562 g/t) of silver. Approximately 187 feet (57 metres) west of SNS-604, drill hole SNS-603 intercepted 6.61 feet (2.01 metres) with an average grade of 9.43 oz/t (323 g/t) of silver.
All the silver samples are reported fire assay (FA) and atomic absorption (AA). The copper and lead results are reported by ICP (inductively coupled plasma). Assays were performed by Chris Christopherson, Inc. of Smelterville, Idaho, United States of America. The Alhambra vein in drill hole SNS-603 and SNS-604 are reported by AA, with the exception of the samples from 771.00 to 772.00 and from 772.44 to 773.23 feet in SNS-603; and 792.70 to 793.04 feet and from 798.35 to 805.50 feet in SNS-604, which are reported by FA. The diamond drilling is NQ and NQ2 size and all assay results are within the parameters of the quality control standards, within SNS Silver's quality control and assurance program.
