SherTrack LLC (Livonia, MI; www.shertrack.com), a two-year-old software enterprise, has launched its first commercial product - an inventory planning and production scheduling solution called SNAPPS. The software uses statistical process control (SPC) techniques and probabilistic analyses to sense subtle changes in market conditions and adapt to the day-to-day variability and uncertainty in manufacturing operations.
