If you fancy red meat instead of the usual white for your Christmas lunch, try a rib eye of beef, says Dr Chris Duckham
At the restaurant, the festive season is well under way with all the usual trimmings except turkey on the menu. Somehow I just can't bring myself to serve roast turkey to our customers, because it doesn't seem to fit with the rest of our menu.
Perhaps I am just not good enough a cook or maybe if I really tried harder, I could think of something original to do with it. Instead, however, we are serving rib eye of beef as the main course on our special seasonal set menu.
At this time of year, people tend to book in larger groups than they do at other times of year, so...
