CORPORATE IT UPDATE-(C)1995-2001 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD The workflow automation software provider Staffware has introduced a new system for the automation of securities and investment houses' front and back office corporate actions processes. Developed together with the consultancy firm CityIQ Ltd, the Staffware Corporate Actions Solution is a workflow-based application designed to replace the existing manual paper-based processes in financial institutions. Features include a flexible open architecture that is compatible with existing legacy systems, end-to-end process automation and online audit trails to track work progress.
