Adam Brown stepped down as vice-president of customer affairs with Airbus having worked for the aircraft manufacturer for more than 30 years. He was originally appointed to the position in April 2004. Brown joined Airbus in 1973 as general sales manager. "We had a very technically driven sales approach initially, with the centralization of our team being the key to success. We benefited greatly from becoming a multinational organization, " says Brown.
