Venture names Splane VP, foodservice marketing
BREA. CALIF. - Venture Foods LLC has appointed Terry Splane to the post of vice president of foodservice marketing. In his new capacity, Splane will oversee the marketing department and be responsible for market research, customer programs, new product development initiatives and agency and resource management. Before joining Ventura, he worked with Dart Container, Chinet and McCormick. Splane is the 2005 recipient of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association's Sparkplug award and serves as this year's COEX conference chairman.
