(Marketwire - Aug. 28, 2007) - CADAN RESOURCES CORPORATION (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CNF) - is pleased to announce that effective August 28, 2007, Sur American Gold Corporation has changed its name to "Cadan Resources Corporation" and continued its incorporation from the federal laws of Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act to the laws of British Columbia under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), as amended.
