Florham Park, N.J.-based Surety Technologies is allying with Walnut Creek, Calif.-based ZANTAZ Inc. to provide its electronic commerce-based digital notarization service to corporations poised to use ZANTAZ's electronic archive and retrieval system.
Under the partnership, ZANTAZ will use Surety's Digital Notary Record Integrity Service to ensure companies' EC messages being retrieved and archived by ZANTAZ have not been electronically altered or backdated.
Year-old ZANTAZ has 70 large corporations prepared to use its services. ZANTAZ will offer its Digital Safe service to companies wanting to capture, archive and retrieve transmissions. Users...
