Synopsys aims secrets charge at Ambit

Abstract

Last month, Synopsys filed a complaint against Prakash Bhalerao and Ambit Design Systems, alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of conrtract, extortion/unfair competition and breach of fiduciary duty.
