ONONDAGA - The Tanner Valley Golf Course, located at 4040 Tanner Road in the town of Onondaga, came under new ownership on June 25 when RJ and Amanda Graham closed on the purchase of the course from its previous owner, Fred Burt.
The couple paid $1.1 million for the 285-acre golf course, according to RJ Graham, which included the land, buildings, equipment, and employees. The deal was brokered by Rolf Bruckert of Hunt Real Estate.
The new owners received financial assistance through the New York Business Development Corporation and the U.S. Small Business Administration, according to Graham. He declines to give any financial details regarding the course or the transaction, outside of the purchase price.
