Syracuse, NY-based Community Bank System named Michael Wilson to the newly created position of CTO. Banc of America Securities announced that Jeffrey Liu, Stephan Month, Georg Schloendorff and Sean Rogers have joined the technology investment banking team as managing directors. Exigen Group, a provider of process software, appointed Bella Loykhter to head its securities industry solutions group. Mike Abramsky joined RBC Capital Markets as director of equity research where he will lead the research of Canadian technology and interactive firms. Treasury Bank, a subsidiary of Countrywide Financial Corp., appointed Holly Holland to evp of the document custody group.
