Teknowledge (Palo Alto, Calif.; www.teknowledge.com), a provider of intelligent software design and development services, has been awarded S2 million of a total $4.3 million cost-sharing contract by the National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST) Advanced Technology Program (ATP). Teknowledge will develop a Courseware Conversion Factory, an integrated software system for reengineering classroom-based education and training materials for distribution via the Internet.
