Thousand Oaks office park's management and leasing team is launching a marketing campaign to help fill a void that will be left when the park's largest tenant, FedEx Corp., moves 500 employs to another office complex this summer.
As part of its new marketing strategy for the property it manages, Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. has already begun renovation on parts of the common areas within the three-building, 418,000-square-foot Thousand Oaks office complex, including adding new carpet, paint and wall coverings to spruce up the facilities.
