O'Neill joined the Eagle Bancorp Montana Inc. unit in February 2016 as Butte market president.

Chris Whigham succeeded Keith Moore as president of Midland, Texas-based West Texas National Bank. Whigham joined the bank in 2004, serving as an energy lender and senior vice president of energy lending.
