NORTH DALLAS - Retail tenants are more than sellers of goods; to survive they must sell themselves, and that's where Stan Lotridge steps in.
Sixteen years ago, after working as a buyer in retail soft goods, Lotridge lept into the trenches of retail project leasing. He's been with United Commercial Realty for five years specializing in national tenant representation and shopping center leasing. Some of Lotridge's most notable clients include Target Stores, EyeMasters and Wendy's.
