When an office absolutely has to have new furniture tomorrow, there's now a place to go: Topdeq USA, a Cranbury-based distributor of European Design office furniture that guarantees next day delivery if the order is received by 4:30 p.m.
Topdeq is a 12-year-old German company based in Pfungstadt, a small village near Frankfurt am Main, a major city and transportation hub. The company name is an acronym for "Tomorrow's Office Products Delivered Extremely Quickly," according to Karen B. Wolf, the 40-yearold president of Topdeq USA.
Its U.S. subsidiary opened its doors in January and is now operating a catalog business in a 42,000 square foot facility that combines open office space with a warehouse. A web site should be up and running by July. Topdeq...
