While auto shopping a few years ago, my wife and I test drove the sister ship to the Toyota Corolla, then called the Chevy Nova. After bumping shoulders on a trip around the block, we looked at each other and said in unison, "Too cramped."
Toyota must have heard us, and a few thousand other families, because the seventh-generation Corolla we recently drove for a week might be confused with a midsized auto.
