Investment Advisers, Inc., Minneapolis, has named Keith Wirtz as its president and chief investment officer, the firm's third new leader in a year. Wirtz joins from TradeStreet Investment Associates, Charlotte, N.C., the investment management unit of Bank of America where he was a chief investment strategist.
Just one month ago, IAI lost chief executive and chief investment officer Roy Gillson, who left to join AXA Sun Life Investment Management in London (IMW Feb. 8, 1999, p. 4). IAI is owned by British firm Lloyds TSB Group.
