Two people have been airlifted to hospital after a lorry overturned on the M25 where a Balfour Beatty/Skanska joint venture is carrying out upgrade works.
The lorry overturned between junctions 24 and 25 on the M25 shortly before 9.30am on Friday 1 November.
Two men have been taken to hospital by air ambulance.
The Metropolitan Police said one man is in a critical condition and another is being treated for serious injuries. A third man is being treated at a central London hospital for leg injuries, while another man was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
A spokeswoman for the Highways Agency and the Balfour Beatty/Skanska joint venture confirmed three of the four injured men were construction workers.
