Two Oman Refineries Rebranded Under New Name - Orpic

Abstract

Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company SAOC, announced Jun 13 that it has successfully integrated its two refineries and petrochemical plants and rebranded its company name to Orpic. According to the company, Orpic is the culmination of a successful 12-month integration program for Oman Refineries and Petrochemicals Company LLC, Aromatics Oman LLC and Oman Polypropylene LLC. With plants in both Muscat and Sohar, Orpic said it aims to set a new standard for Oman's refining and petrochemicals industry with increased efficiencies and significantly improved operational and financial performance.
