Two Springfield CPA firms, Roberts, McKenzie, Mangan & Cummings and Feyh, Brown & Greene have merged to become one of the largest accounting company's in Springfield.
Although the two companies have merged, the name of Roberts, McKenzie, Mangan & Cummings will remain.
RMMC was established in 1978, said Kelley McKenzie, firm shareholder, who founded the company with Ernest E. Roberts, Thomas E. Mangan and Robert L. Cummings. "We are a professional corporation. CPA firms traditionally talk of partners, but we are shareholders. Only a CPA can be in a CPA professional corporation. RMMC represents equity ownership.
