UniCredit has announced organisational changes and management appointments throughout its trade departments.
UniCredit has today announced wholesale organisational changes and management appointments in its Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division, which are designed to further develop and strengthen the quality of service to the bank's clients. The CIB houses some of the major trade and project finance departments for the bank. The management changes are expected to come into effect 1 May 2013.
In the first instance, Claudio Camozzo and Ernst Ohmayer have been appointed as co-heads of global transaction banking (GTB). They will also join the CIB executive committee.
Angelo Rizzuti has been appointed deputy head of GTB. Rizzuti, is currently head of STEF and of GTB CEE business coordination. Under his new role as deputy head of GTB, the focus will be on Central and Eastern Europe and Austria.
