Men and women, young and old, are flocking to the University of Alaska Anchorage's Division of Aviation Technology for training in as many as 68 aviation careers, and director Jim Crehan is positively gleeful.
"One reason we've seen an increase in students is that UAA has marketed the Aviation Technology Center aggressively, and that includes our Website, which is the best on aviation available," Crehan says. "Another reason for the popularity is the center is the only one dedicated to aviation training at the university level in the country, and our simulation capabilities are unparalleled."
