Susy Robinette desired more than working in the marketing department at a Sioux City bank. She wanted to he on television.
Details such as having no television experience didn't hinder Robinette from bombarding the news director at KTIV, an NBC affiliate in Sioux City, with pleas to give her a chance. After a constant barrage of calls, he gave in and invited Robinette to the studio for an audition.
