Abstract

Chewing gum to remineralize tooth enamel is now possible with a new patented ingredient from Bonlac Foods Ltd. in Australia. Recaldent contains a complex of casein phosphopeptides and amorphous calcium phosphate, and will be launched in the US and Europe in the fall in Trident Advantage and Trident for Kids gums from Warner-Lambert Co.
