Veteran bond attorney Roy Koegen has signed a letter of intent to become a principal in the big Spokane-based law firm of Lukins & Annis PS, apparently bringing with him the future bond work of Spokane County.
Koegen most recently has been an attorney in the Spokane office of Seattle-based Perkins Coie UP, but that firm announced recently its plans to close its Spokane office on Nov. 1.
