Australia's Village Roadshow Entertainment has partnered with American talent agency WME IMG Holdings LLC and China's Perfect World Entertainment, Inc., which operates as a subsidiary of Beijing-based video game company Perfect World, to form a Chinese film and TV production venture, Variety reported June 20.
