Horizon Convention Center, Muncie, Ind., has contracted Volume Services America, dba Masterpiece Creations, for its concessions and catering business.
The deal is for five years and is a percentage contract, said JoAnn McKinney, building manager. VSA will make a capital investment in the property.
The firm replaces Crystal Catering out of Indianapolis. The contract was not put out for bid this time around.
