The Alberta Centre for Active Living at the University of Alberta recently launched a website to help people become physically active (luring t lie workday. The website, (www.centre4activeliving. ca/workplace), offers ideas such as playing sports with co-workers during lunchtime, starting a walking or running club, and doing yoga stretches while one works. The website even provides yoga videos that employees can watch and follow at their desks. There's also a personal activity tracker that allows people to set goals and track their physical activity.
